Consultation account pilot — October 17, 2026

The construction consultation page adds optional sign-in, cloud drafts and server-recorded execution. When you sign in, your email and password are sent to the existing Supabase authentication service. The browser keeps the session in page memory; refreshing requires signing in again. This code does not persist the session in browser local storage.

When you explicitly create a business, save a consultation draft, register execution tasks or submit work, its business name, plan, tasks, references, submission declarations, preview quality notes, acknowledgments and history are stored in RPE’s existing PBS database. Earlier saved draft revisions are retained for recovery. Server execution also retains task/cycle history, work references and notes, the declaring account subject, submission attempts, receipt tokens, disclosure text/version and acknowledgment timestamps. Quality assessments are separate records; the runtime reviewer binding is not connected in this construction increment. Access is restricted to the owning authenticated account through guarded interfaces. These customer declarations are not independently verified results or provider approvals.

Signing out clears the in-page consultation, but does not delete saved drafts. This pilot has no self-service deletion or account-recovery flow. Contact support@risingphoenixhq.com for assistance. Do not enter financial account numbers, passwords in work notes, sensitive documents or personal customer records. No AI-model processing, partner transfer, DIBANA enrollment, payment or marketing consent is created by saving a draft.

The continuing-case feature stores the business model, current decision, goal, declared resources, constraints and case revisions in the same private PBS product database. The dedicated AI consultation service is deployed, but customer processing is off. A separate, explicit request is required to send selected business context, evidence descriptions, work drafts and bounded prior consultation context to OpenAI. Saving a case does not authorize that processing. Unsent questions and edits must be downloaded to retain them.
